About The Owner
David is a West Michigan native, living on Gun Lake for most of his life. He has spent his entire career in the window industry as both an owner of a window manufacturing and installation company and as a top Salesman for other regional and national window companies. David is passionate about windows and especially when helping homeowners secure the perfect connection between the inside of their home and its view of the world.
The pandemic caused David to pause and fully appreciate that our homes are much more than shelter; ideally our homes are a place of safety and comfort. David also reflected on decades of connecting with homeowners and his frustration with the large window company’s inability to deliver the premium customer experience that he had sold.
When David discovered Zen Windows Inc. he knew that it addressed his concerns with the window industry. Zen’s company integrity, the Zen no-stress sales approach and Zen’s appreciation for customer time and space, provides David with the ability to meet his personal goal of making a difference in West Michigan, one window at a time.
Glass is in Dawn’s blood; her father owned commercial glass companies and built novelty-curio glass items, and her brother owns a commercial glass business in West Michigan. Dawn is able to combine her family history in the glass business with her experience in business, online education, and digital engagement to help Zen Windows West Michigan meet customers’ needs promptly and smoothly.
